I take it at night at 8:45. I initially started it at 10pm, but as I got further along in my pregnancy.. the earlier I would go to bed...so I slowly moved it up to 8:45. But to be honest it's probably easier for timing in the AM.
I take it through out my pregnancy. You really are suppose to do it around the same time every day. I do find evenings are harder. Ex- If you are at a wedding, an event, dinner, movies...etc I have had to get to a bathroom and bring my lovenox with me to do it in a public bathroom. I would assume that's less of a problem if done during the am.

i take mine in the morning.
no one told me before i started taking it, but the meds burn going in. i find that injecting slowly works better for lovenox particularly.
