rotis. chicken from bjs/ supermarkets etc
If you buy the premade rotisserie chickens from Bjs or supermarkets, do u use it the same day. If not how do u store (ie freeze or fridge) it and then reheat it

I used to buy those all the time (until I realized how easy it was to roast my own chicken! - let me know if you want a recipe)
We would usually eat 1/2 the same day, and reheat the rest the next day.... you can heat them at 350 for 30 minutes (half chicken) or around 60 minutes (whole chicken) - and you can broil it for the last few minutes to crisp up the skin.
We'd keep it in the fridge until ready to use.

I prefer the ones in BJs to any other store. I just store it in the container it comes in. I'll use it for dinner and then sandwiches.

I used to buy from Costco all the time but the past few times I bought, they were so gross. They didn't seem cooked. After I cut it up, I ended up having to put it on the bbq to dry it out some what.

The last time we got one, it was pink and raw...I thought it was just a fluke, but after reading what you wrote, I guess ours wasn't the only one.

We get them from BJ's, we usually eat whatever we want that night for dinner and use the rest for fresh chicken salad for lunchs the next day or so.

I love the BJ's chickens! If i get one, we eat it the same day and if any is left over the rest the next day. Sometimes I make soup from the leftovers too. Stretches the chicken a little further.
But I do roast my own chicken too, I have a few great recipes.
