many dry spices,salt,pepper
tons of condiments
lots of canned and frozen veggies
garlic
onion
a cple potatoes
yogurt
some form of bread
coldcuts
fresh fruit
cheeses -fresh grated parm regg,american deli sliced,some shredded mozz,chedd etc
meats depend on what's on sale..but always have something in fridge
bag of frozen shrimp
vitatops
cple of frozen lean cuisine type meals

I food shop way too often. I am in a supermarket or vegtable store every.single.day.
