Tomorrow's breakfast for everyone....
PANCAKES.
You MUST make these! I made some this morning without chocolate chips for baby Loey, and he gobbled them up. My family didn't hesitate to eat the rest! (None for me, I'm dieting - but you can bet your bottom that I'm making these on Sunday for my "cheat day")
this it NOT my picture, it's from Joy the Baker - chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes (aka heavennnnn)
These were literally the FLUFFIEST pancakes I've ever made!

I think I am going to try those vanilla bean cupcakes this weekend, so I know have 2 uses for the buttermilk!
btw, I am so disappointed that you took out the choco chips for poor Loey. bad mommy!

Made these this morning and they were so good! I used mini chocolate chips in half of the batter. My husband loved them and my DS even had some! We have some left over for tomorrow
PS- I also made the choco chip cookies you posted and they will def be my go to choco chip cookie
Keep these awesome recipes coming!

Re: Tomorrow's breakfast for everyone....
I forgot to buy buttermilk so I just made me usual recipe (Joy of cooking)
I added a bit of almond extract as well as vanilla and use 60% bittersweet choco chips
dh isn't a big fan of choco chip pancakes, but his offspring sure is Luce's stack
his full plate (I gave him blueberries to take away the choco guilt haha. please ignore the tin foil. I had them warming in the oven)
the end result
I do want to try the buttermilk though. mine weren't quite as fluffy.
