I'm finally getting the hang of spinning!
It's taken me quite a few classes.....and it's been really tough....but tonight, I actually got it! I was able to do about 75% of what the instructor told us to do (I'm usually at about 10%), and I was increasing the resistance as she told us to (which I normally can't handle).
I was a big sweaty mess by the end....but it felt really good!

I love spinning. It's so hard but it's easy to like once you get the hang of it and such a good workout.
