Tooting my own horn
I haven't stepped on a scale in a long time because that just gets me aggravated. Back in August my trainer took my measurements. I have noticed a difference in my clothes fitting. Yesterday before we worked out she took my measurements again and I dropped 1" in my hips and 3" in each thigh  I was so pumped I worked out extra hard last night!
