Jillian Michaels - No Troube Zones
Tried this workout video this am (my 1st video ever, I am a walker for the most part) whew, I thought the warm up was hard  I didn't have the time to do the whole video but the 1st 2 circuts killed me. I am looking forward to being able to do the whole thing.

Love this one, its one of my favorites. I also love her Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. Its the same format, just mostly cardio whereas the the Trouble Zones is a lot of weights and core. They are both excellent.

love this DVD. definitely a great toning workout and its good b/c i do mostly cardio (running). i am all sore the next day!
