anyone doing the bootcamp 8 week at Synergy?
wondering if its worth it...like 699 plus you get 1 on 1 sessions with personal trainers...looking into the one in massapequa (synergy).

you can try a free week with Aly Flores in Deer Park (if that's not too hard to get to)
It's $199 for 4 weeks/3 sessions a week $299 for 5 sessions/week
