So mad @ Cactus in Babylon right now !!!

On Saturday, I called Cactus Salon in Babylon (the one on the corner of Main and Cooper).

Me: Are you still open on Mondays?
Cactus: Yes.
Me: Great, can I make an appt with XXX for this Mon at 1pm?
Cactus: OK, see you then.

Granted, I had not been to Cactus in a few months (a friend of friend was doing my highlights in her house but then stopped ... long story but I knew I liked Cactus' work in Babylon so I went back).

I go there today (Mon) and I find the place closed. No one inside, light off and a sign saying they're closed on Mondays.

Really?

I'm ****** because Mondays are my only day that I can get childcare and get highlights done. I call them (the same number I used when making the appt in my cell). No answering machine, it goes right to a fax machine.

Lovely.

If this were a Monday holiday, I would get it. I specifically asked about their hours 48 hours before making the appointment.

I am so frustrated at the lack of professionalism. I definitely WILL NOT using them again. Sorry to sound harsh but this rubs me the wrong way.
