Menu thread 9-26
Sun.- Take out
Mon.- Rigatoni with a simple bolognese and romano cheese
Tues.- Oven baked baby back ribs, corn, sweet potato fries
Wed.- Chicken & orzo with tomato sauce (like chicken & rice)
Thurs.- Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus
Fri.- Take out or bowties with garlic, oli and cheese

sunday-pasta for DH, meatballs (not adikins just my lap band is tight)
monday-Broc with low fat cheese, honey mustard crusted chicken
tuesday-turkey taco tuesday
wed-turkey burgers, beans ,orzo salad
thrs-school
friday-grilled corn with toasted garlic thyme butter, spanish spice rubbed chicken with parsley mint sauce (bobby flays)
sat- up in the air

Sat: hotdogs & beans (out all day and just wanted quick and easy)
Sun: Roasted Pork Loin with Cornbread stuffing, steamed veggies, and cranberry
Mon: Grilled chicken over pasta with rojerono's summer sauce and garlic breadsticks
Tues: bbq Steak with baked sweet potato fries and corn
Wed: soup & sandwich/grilled cheese
Thurs: Grilled chicken Caesar salad
Friday: Breakfast Pizza and Citrus salad (thanks rojerono)
we must have posted at the same time. great minds

Sun - I made Rigatoni w/ Ophelia's Bolognese recipe. I just had to after last week. It was fabulous!!!!
Had that with salad & garlic bread.
Mon - Chicken & Gnocci Soup, warm baguette
Tues - Crockpot BBQ Brisket, Cole Slaw & Corn bread, Mac & Cheese
Wed - Parm Crusted Chicken, Rice, Salad
Thur - Marinated Skirt Steak, Crash potatoes, garlicky string beans
Fri - Crockpot Chicken Fajitas
Sat - Out for friends birthday

tues - ribs in slow cooker, mashed potatoes, either frozen or a leftover veggie
wed -shrimp potstickers with veggie stir fry
thurs - late bday dinner celebration with a friend, DH leftovers
firday - takeout or leftovers
sat - TBD

Sunday: Rob took the boys to IL's.. I had leftover chicken on a salad.
Monday: Panko crusted chicken breasts, Mac and Cheese, Sauteed string beans w/pancetta (yeah.. we're healthy!!)
Tuesday: Rotini with chick peas, chicken sausage and red sauce, house salad.
Wednesday: Sloppy Joes, Homemade Chips, crudite
Thursday: Pancakes, Bacon, Fruit Smoothies
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: In hospital with Robbie.

Saturday: Dan Dan noodles
Sunday: made dumplings - we ate a late lunch and we just nibbled on the dumplings.
Monday: breaded veal cutlets over paperdelle with tomato cream sauce (The veal is left over from an omaha steaks order. Its not that good. but I hate wasting food).
Tuesday: Chicken Tacos
Wednesday: Slow Cooking ribs
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: we go out
Saturday: TBD
Sunday: TBD

Mon: chicken tortellini with swiss soup, warmed boule
Tues: philly cheese steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions, provolone cheese, braised spinach
Wed: beef stew, warmed boule
Thurs: roasted chicken, butternut squash risotto, roasted beets
Fri: no idea. maybe potato leek soup. maybe out.

Sun : Turkey sausage, pepper and onions on whole wheat italian bread
Mon: spinach turkey burgers with fresh green beans sauted in butter, s&p
Tues: stuffed peppers
Weds: chicken with salsa and cheese with brown rice
Thurs: Dh is going out some leftovers for me
Fri: baked ziti
Sat: going to a 30 b-day party

Sunday- take out
Monday- sauteed chicken and turkey sausage w/ sauteed red peppers and onions and capers over angel hair pasta.
Tuesday- breakfast for dinner, scrambled eggs,thick cut center cut bacon, toasted bialy and butter.
Wednesday- Crockpot Mongolin Beef that i just got from the crocpot thread. Can't wait to try it!
*** this is as far as I have gotten, I am in a dinner rut!***
