Is there a thread on here of questions to ask an RE on your first visit?

I would say it's really specific to your situation. I would consider the reasons you're seeing the RE in the first place and go from there.
For example, I have PCOS since I'm a teenager. I don't ovulate on my own or get AF. When I went to Dr.B for my consultation, I asked him specifically about PCOS .. the types of treatment plans .. how long he anticipated it would take for me to get pregnant .... stuff like that.
Honestly you will probably come up with most of your questions AFTER you meet with him and had the opportunity to digest the things he spoke to you about- and if that's the case you can email him and he's GREAT at responding!! Good luck!

I agree. Most big questions come after the first appointment as you are working on a plan.
At my first appointment, we spoke about what I felt comfortable doing... IUI treatment, IVF in the future if iui did not work after a certain number, monitoring, testing, ect.
