Starting a new Nike+ challenge for runners - who's in? BEGINS SEPT 25TH and ENDS ON THANKSGIVING!
Thanks to Julz I am motivated to start a new Nike+ challenge.
Who is interested? I was thinking of starting off with a distance goal or most miles...
ETA: FM me your e-mail address if you are interested. You will get an invitation to join the challenge.
It's simple. Just run as usual and plug in your Ipod device to upload your runs to Nike+ as you normally do. It will update your mileage in the challenge automatically.
Update!
I just took the intiative to make it a most miles challenge.
This challenge is scheduled to begin 9/25/10 - exactly 62 days before Thanksgiving. Whoever runs the most miles in the next 62 days has bragging rights as well as the opportunity for some guilt-free T-day festivities!
Also, if anyone is interested I am going to be running the Smile Changes Lives Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day in Blue Point the final day of the challenge.

Even though I just started running again last week. The past challenges were always so motivating for me.

Whoops sorry I just created one already! Perhaps the next one can be team? I just made it individual for this time since you and I are both getting started again.
It will give us motivation to kick butt the next challenge

I have to pass on this one  my nike+ is completely on the fritz. It tracks .1 of a mile for each mile! I have given up. 
My times must look funny - it has me doing a mile in 99 minutes!!

I'm doing the Turkey Trot as well! A friend of mine is one of the main supporters of the race so I promised I would do it this year.
As for the Nike+ challenge, I signed up and all but do I need to do anything else or will it just sync my info from my app automatically?

Nope - that's it! When you sync it will automatically update the challenge
