Moving on to IVF, af came
I gave the whole "Hope for the best, Prepare for the worst" attitude, thinking it might help if AF came. No it did not. She arrived in all her glory last night. I was suppposed to go in for mybeta this morning so obviously that didn't happen. I guess we are moving on to IVF. I left a message to setup a consult and see what our protocol will be.
Last time I spoke to my RE he advised me that if the IUI did not work he would want to remove the cyst on my right ovary. So if we go that route I guess this month would be a bust and we move into Oct/Nov. After 2 years of TTC what is another 2 months, right?

I know its far from ideal..but try to remain positive..ivf increases your chances significantly!! Hoping ivf is your answer! and yousee your BFP very soon!!

Thanks girls for the support. Went to see the doctor today and it seems that IVF might be postponed for 3-4 months. 
First we have to remove the cyst on my right ovary, which will be scheduled for next week. Then get insurance approval to start IVF treatment end of Oct. We are required to have 3 medicated IUI before IVF is approved. My doctor is gong to argue that I have already been on 3 Clomid cycles and 1 Clomid+IUI. If I don't get approved for IVF then we do 2 more Clomid/IUI's and then start IVF in late December. 
I just HATE that our plans depends on someone's else's decision. This process is hard enough and now we can't even make the decision to move foward at our own pace but are now depending on an "approval". Just so frustrated, needed to let it out. Thanks girls!
