Please tell me what motivates you and any tips or tricks you do/use to keep you on track..

I do not wanna do WW. In the past I just eat clean and workout which works good for me. I have a 4 month old and it has become so much harder for me to focus on myself and maintain my motivation. I NEED to lose the extra weight, I feel so gross and nothing fits me Chat Icon

I just started a dairy free diet b/c I am nursing my ds and they think he may be allergic. I am hoping that may help but I have to eat a certain amount of calories so it is hard.

Anyway, if you have any motivation for me or advice I would really really appreciate it. How do you keep yourself on track? Chat Icon
