Need Quick Help - Penne ala Vodka for Party
Can I make penne ala vodka for a aprty the night before? Should I just put some sauce and then add the rest when I reheat it for the party?

You can make the sauce the day before. IMO Pasta is never quite the same the next day unless it's in a baked dish.

I agree, just make the sauce in advance. boil the pasta and assemble the dish as close as possible to serving time.

yes you can....as long as you put in a little extra sauce on it and tin foil/cover it up as soon as you put it in the pan, the exrta 'steam moisture' and sauce keep is moist and leave it tasting like you just made it that day.
