Product rave - Kashi frozen entrees
I just had the Kashi Lemongrass Coconut Chicken frozen meal for lunch and it was awesome. A million times better than Lean Cuisine type meals. It was 300 calories, 6 grams of fiber and delicious! I also got the Southwest Chicken and the Chicken Florentine. I think the coconut one has the most calories of these three.

They are more than other types of meals but worth it and sometimes you can catch them on sale or find coupons.
I love that one too!

I was at the supermarket looking for a frozen meal today...and I reembered this thread. Only I got the brand wrong and ended up getting cafe steamers!!
I still have yet to try Kashi's frozen meals...although I love their cereals and bars.

They are good - I had a pasta one once with pesto I believe and it was fabulous.
The cafe steamers aren't bad though either!

I agree, I really like them too. For some reason, the cheese on the Chicken Florentine is a big pain to clean off my fork though. I know that's a weird complaint, it's just something I noticed.
