Talk to me about 30 day shred
How is it?
What do you need besides the DVD?
I googled it and a lot came up, which one do you have?
Did it work?
Tell me everything. I am thinking about doing this after we move into our new house!

It's barbaric! 
I told one of my clients never to touch that DVD again. The poor girl does not have any knots. She came on my table with calves that felt like cement blocks.
I did it once myself. It's a lot of jump and jacks. No good if you have low back issues like me.
