Frozen Artichoke Hearts...what can I do with them?
Any good ideas? I am in the mood to make them today!!

You can sautee them with some garlic and EVOO, S&P, sprinkle some grated cheese on them for a nice side.
Also you can make chicken breasts in a wine sauce and throw them on top, you can add them to a pasta dish.
I love articokes and the frozen kinds are easy to work with. You can sautee them and make a nice hearty salad with roasted red pepp's, mozz cheese, grilled chicken etc

make them with a lemon sauce (similar to a francese sauce) add mushrooms and chicken and serve over angel hair.

We do similar but add sundried tomatoes.

my grandmother makes an awsome artichoke pie.. already made pie crust, mozzarella cheese, eggs and grated cheese.
