Whoopie Pies
So the British media are telling me that "Whoopie Pies" are the in thing now and that Cupcakes are done.
So obviously, I have to listen to what the media men tell me. However, I have never heard of Whoopie Pies before, nor have I ever had one.
I have seen some recipe for them, but wanted to know if anyone has ever made them and maybe has some tips. I have a few parties coming up and was thinking maybe as my other friend "American Ann" is a Marth wannabe, I could rival her baking skill with a batch of Whoopie pies!
This is the cake she made last year...

OMG funny you posted this. We are in Lancaster PA right now and they sell them everywhere! Don't know how to make them, but boy they are delish!!!
