There is some plastic thing inside.... you crack the tab and it heats up )and gets pretyy darn hot) you then put the bottle in the bag... and wait a few mins...
The plastic thing can be reset- by boiling in water for 15-20min...
I havent actually put a bottle in it- but I broke the tab to see how hot it gets... and it gets pretty hot...
At the very least it will make your bottle room temp.. which is all Im really looking for

I have it too.. i used it like twice. It was annoying. After you heat the bottle the gel stuff gets rock hard, (you can only use it once) then you have to take the gel pack out, and boil it in hot water for a few min until the gel gets liquidy (is that even a word) again. So if you were going out shopping for an afternoon it only works for one bottle. I am lucky enuf that Jacob takes bottles cold.

Yea- See Ryan is now only take 3/4 bottles a day.... so I would only really need it for one bottle... unless it was like an all day affair- which at that point Id hope Id been in a restaurant or @ a house to just use reg. hot water...

I have this and have used it several times. I really does work!! I've used it in the car, while shopping, etc. It gets the bottle good and warm if you leave it in there long enough. In about 10 minutes, the bottle is about room temp. It is the coolest thing I've seen in a long time. The only downfall to this is that you have to boil the hot pack to make it ready to be used again. When we went on a car ride to NC we were only able to use it once because we didn't have the facilities to boil it down again while on the road. I guess it wouldn't hurt to get an extra one to have.
It works MUCH BETTER than the car lighter bottle warmer. That thing never really got the bottle warm (even after being in it for 30 minutes).

The packs that get warm sound like the packs that you put in your pockets to warm your hands while skiing.
