Re: meatloaf
1 lb ground beef 1 packet dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 egg 1/4 cup sour cream Garlic powder Onion powder 1/2 cup parm cheese 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar
Combine all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar. Form into a loaf shape or loaf pan. Combine ketchup and brown sugar and set aside. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, then add the ketchip glaze and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Re: meatloaf
love love love this recipe.
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 box frozen spinach thawed; squeeze out extra water
1 large onion finely chopped in food processor
2 large peeled tomatoes chopped or small can of diced tomatoes not seasoned (Del Monte)
2 envelopes of Sazon Goya seasoning
1 cup of grated cheese (I prefer pecorino romano)
A pinch or so of paprika
Pepper
If no cheese, add salt
Bread crumbs, either seasoned or plain
Pre-heat oven to 400*
Mix everything, except bread crumbs, in a bowl
Put in 13 by 9 pan; flatten out into an oval shape and slightly raised in the center; try not to let meat extend to the edges of the pan
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Cook for about one hour.
