what can i serve with grilled salmon as a side

salmon is very simple, just grilled with some lemon so i need a yummy side to jazz it up but am at a loss. here's what i have:

sweet potatoes
quinoa
asparagus
grape tomatoes (lots!)
peppers (trio of yellow, red, and orange)
mesclun lettuce

also have herbs and lemons, garlic onions etc.

help! for dinner tomorrow. TIA!

Toss the asparagus with olive oil salt and pepper and grill. You can serve it warm or let it cool and toss it with the tomatoes, red onion, lemon & herbs.
