DH is clueless sometimes

My DD woke up this morning with a runny nose, wet cough and later I spoke to my nanny who said she just hasn't been herself all day etc. So I make a dr appt for 4pm this afternoon b/c my DH swore he was going to leave after lunch. We both work in the city so we are beholden to train schedules to get home. I tell him if he doesn't think he can make the train to let me know as I want cameron to get to the dr asap and I have no problem dropping everything for her even though I am the only manager in the office today. DH calls me ten minutes before the train is supposed to leave to tell me he can't make it so he's going to a different station, needs the nanny to pick him up there and to top it off, has to stop home to do something for work really quick so to ask the nanny to turn on the computer. I am FUMING. My baby is sick - get her to the doctor asap. There is no way he will make it there by 4pm. I SHOULD HAVE JUST DONE IT MYSELF. Men are so f'ing CLUELESS sometimes.
