Was anyone "bad" foodwise this weekend?
I was.....hot dogs, chicken, fries, bread, cheese....so bad
I need to get back on track.....
I did pass on the ice cream and I got broccoli Rabe at a county fair....does that count? lol

Yes!
Wedding Rehearsal Brunch on Saturday, Wedding on Sunday. (cousin)
Yesterday I think I did "OK".
Today, im back to tracking!
I didn't go to W.I. on Sun. AM (to much to do), so even if I'm down 1lb this upcoming Sun. I'll be happy!

I was awful. I had a wedding Sunday...was bad then. Yesterday I just kept eating desserts (my weakness). I've been very bad lately on the weekends...I go on "weekend binges". Time to get back on track!!

same here...although I had some bad food too...hot dog, burger, potato and macaroni salad.
but I did get to the gym on saturday and ran a 5 mile race on monday...so not too bad lol

i brought my lower point - turkey nitrate free dogs to the bbq, then splurged on 1 hot dog roll and carvel lowfat icecream.
