Beta went up!
I am so confused! What a wild ride. After dealing with OHSS, getting a great beta # at first, then seeing a rather small increase..... beta is up again! (646) My dr is pleased, but I am still holding my breath. This is such a roller coaster!

We'll see on Monday. What a roller coaster! Now, I have to ask you... what did you ever end up doing about that wedding? I have a wedding tomorrow night and still have an abdomen full of fluid. I have no idea how to hide it! But hey.... if that's my problem tomorrow, I'll take it!

Thanks so much for asking. The sono showed one gestational sack, but it was a little too early for a yoke. I just got a call from the office, and by beta is up to 1710. I go back next Monday. I am still a bundle of nerves, but feel like I can breath a little bit. I start back teaching tomorrow and still look preggo from the OHSS... but hopefully it will continue and it is not a cruel joke (having this preggo-like belly).

Im sorry! I just saw this.
I wound up calling the bride and explaining the situation and then I emailed the people I knew that were going and just said simply that I was having a complication from surgery on my ovaries. I also wore a black very loose fitting dress and it wasnt terrible.

I am glad you went. I ended up staying home. I just could not find anything that did not make me look pregnant... and at that point, I was not sure what my beta was going to do, so I just did not want to be vulnerable to assumptions and whispers. The ironic thing is... DH's cousins thought I was preggo and having morning sickness issues anyway! If only they knew! 
Now, I have to figure out how to stand in front of teenagers tomorrow on the first day of school... and how to hide from colleagues. At least things are looking up... so if they assume and find out eventually that I was pregnant all along, it will make sense.
I hope your OHSS symptoms are subsiding.
