Prenatal vitamins
Any suggestions on a good prenatal vitamin? I am suffering with the worst constipation .

i use primacare one. Have you tried drinking lots of water?

I'm using prenate elite. I was pretty constipated for the first week, but then I guess my body adjusted. Now I go 3 or 4 times a day

I use prenate elite (at the recommendation of some LIFers!!) and its been great on my stomach!

I had the same issue no matter what brand I used (got free samples from OB office)
My solution = first thing in the morning, drink a small juice glass of cold prune juice on an empty stomach. I know it doesn't taste great, but it worked like a charm.
Once I hit about 24 weeks, for whatever reason, I don't need it anymore. Good luck!!

I drink so much water that I feel like I'm floating most of the time.

citracal, but if you dont drink enough water, you can get constipated.
my gf takes these chewable ones and she said it actually makes her go everyday, I think I may change to hers.
