Ok, I'm gonna go for Sugar Waxing..I will give this ONE MORE TRY..but...
I know Daisy in Centereach is the place to go, but what other places, too?
Isn't the lady at Daisy on vacation? Do they have other waxers there?

Dide is the only person working at Daisy Spa (she's the owner) and she'll be back on September 29th. There's also a place called Nature's Touch in Setauket that a few ladies also recommend on this board. I haven't been to Nature's Touch but Dide is excellent!!!

I recently used Christa at T. Cartlon Spalon in Smithtown - I have to say it was relatively painless...the first time is the most painful - I recommend giving her a try.

Also get Tend Skin and use it on the entire area everyday starting now and then 30 minutes before your appointment. It helps a lot with the pull. Just squeeze the liquid onto a cottonball and wipe the area and let it air dry. It stinks, but the smell goes away fast.

I have had it done at two different places - T Carlton which did a nice job but it was long (ouchies) and Daisy which was EXCELLENT b/c not only was she good she was FAST --- EIGHT MINUTES!!!! Maybe even less! GREAT!! She's worth it - wait for her to come back!

Bare in Greenlawn is awesome!! Genelle (sp?) does it and she is so quick! I have been waxing for a few years now and this is by far the best/least painful place I have gone to :)
