Deed and refinance?
I contacted Teachers Credit Union about refinancing and they told me I will need my deed. Honestly I have no clue if I ever received this.
Can anyone tell me when you received yours and if needed, you I have to call for mine. I live in the town of Islip.

After it's been recorded with the Clerk's office it is sent to your attorney and then he/she sends it to you. Mine was included in my closing statement from the attorney. If you can't find it you can get a certified copy at the Clerk's office. GL
