Anyone buy the skinny italian cookbook
Just curious I was thinking of buying but was curious what type of recipes are in it and if was worth it?

I have it and I like it. I made her version of piccata and it was yummy.
I want to try a bunch more things. I hate that I gave this chick money for the book haha but it is good.

I think I'm morally opposed to giving Theresa my $$...plus I don't think her recipes are gonna be that different from other healthy Italian recipes I already have.

I did browse through it at the bookstore a while ago and noticed that joe put in a blurb...something like it doesn't matter if you put the water on the burner hot or cold to boil.
