I went there and really loved it.
As a matter of fact, I just returned from Sephora and a woman stopped me to ask me where I had my hair done..
Christina did my hair.. she restyled it and did my color..
LOVED it and I found it very reasonable for the the service I got.. They have valet and the hair that comes out of there is GORGEOUS!

I went there once as well. I really liked the girl Denise who did my cut and color but she doesn't work weekends and during the week didn't work for me.
The only down fall is the parking..it's ridiculous. I didn't valet though.

I went there for about a year - i went to Alex (can't remember her last name). She was really nice and cut my hair well, but i felt like she didn't take any chances with cuts/color when i would tell her i wanted something different
the parking can be a pain, and turning into the lot from Bellmore Ave (coming from the West) can be tricky. The valet guy is a bit creepy too 
but overall the staff was friendly.

Been going there for well over a year now and happy. I first saw the owner guy a couple times and he did a great job. Saw some girl once and wasn't happy but can't remember her name. Then I went to Karen and been using her since. She is only there on Saturdays however. I never colored my hair or anything special - cut and blow out only.
