STAR PROGRAM?
When should I apply for this in Suffolk?
We bought our house in June and I know nothing about this...

U have to have all the paper work in by march. So i would fill it out and send it in asap.

The state deadline for Suffolk County is March 1. Most towns won't accept the paperwork now. Most towns like to have the paperwork submitted between January 1 and March 1.
Check your local Town Assessor's website for the form.
