how many embryos do you....
transfer??? Embryology called and as of right now all 11 are still going strong. She said I have "beautiful embryos" lol I of course had to make a joke of it and said "I bet you say that to all the ladies". I am so anxiety filled I needed to laugh for a minute!
She said she sees some starting to enter the blast stage already so she doesnt see there being any problem. She also said that because they are so "beautiful" they would recommend xfer only 1 embryo :(

I was really planning on xfer 2. I know that puts me at a higher risk of twins but since I had already braced myself for the twins I was supposed to be having I don't think that would be SUCH a bad thing.
I just feel like if I only xfer 1 and it doesnt work then I will be mad at myself for not trusting my gut and xfering the 2 I had planned on, and if I do wind up with twins well then God really wanted me to have them after all I guess. I mean my friend xferred 3 and she is pregnant with a singleton.
I dont know I am so confused right now.
Accepting opinions here ladies!!!

I transferred 2 blasts and am pregnant with a singleton. I would stick with your gut and transfer 2 as you originally wanted to do.

They were originally supposed to transfer 2 with my DD's cycle but due to the quality blast she was (coupled with the fact I was at risk of OHSS) it was strongly advised to me to transfer only one because they were extremely confident we would be successful...
After much deliberation ( because my mind was set on 2) we transferred one and I knew they had my best interest in mind...
Also, with my frozen cycle we transferred on as well and were successful 
Twin pregnancies do carry a higher risk as you know ( pre-term births etc) and ultimately RE's want you to have the least possible complications and a healthy "baby"...I guess they try to avoid multiples whenever possible

It is a personal choice but if after transferring one and if that doesn't work you will have frozen blasts to try again. From the sounds of it you will have many blasts. Doing a frozen cycle is much less work and time than a fresh cycle.
I would go with your gut and your doctor's recommendations.
Having multiples is harder on your body and harder on the babies sometimes.
You could put 2 back and one or both could split and you end up with triplets or quads!
Just giving you another perspective.

If you have your heart set to having twins then not why put back two?  My understanding is that both babies grow well in a twin pregnancy, it's anything beyond that that could be a problem. I would go with my gut feeling. Good Luck!!!

I had two blasts put back and got pregnant with a singleton. I would definitely put back two.

I would go with your gut, you just never know. We transfered 3 embryos and unfortunately none made it.

Thanks ladies! I know it is a personal choice I just wanted some input. Thanks for your opinions. The anxiety is killing me. I already didn't sleep last night I can't wait to see what tonight brings 
Please if you ladies think of it, my appt is at 10:30 tomo if you would say a prayer for me I could use all the help I can get! Thanks again!

I also had perfect quality embryos and transferred 2. Go with your gut!! Back in April I transfered 2 and none took... at "perfect" quality...
