Fusilli with Spinach and Asiago Cheese
I posted this on the weekly menu thread...it was so good and easy I felt compelled to share it

I added a bunch of baby bella mushrooms, some red pepper flakes, and more garliC, I mean WHO uses just one clove anyway 
Oh and used WW fusilli. Delish.

Giada NEVER uses enough garlic in her recipes. I think she is constantly cooking for her aunt Raffy (who doesn't like garlic. not like I watch her show a lot or anything   )
that looks great and I LOVE how you tweaked it. gonna give it a try!

haha...I did not know about her Uncle..I love her recipes but she annoys me..I mean who can stand a skinny chef???
In our house garlic and spice are must!
