Does anyone know what day of the week recycling is in Levittown?
Thank you...just moved here and don't know when it is and never see anyone else with it out.

Friday
-Trash is Monday and Thursday
-Grass and things like that is Wednesday.

Ours is Friday but my parents who live on the border of hicksville get recycling pick up on Mondays.

Where we live in Levittown - Garbage goes out sunday night and gets picked up monday
Leaves go out tuesday night
Wednesday night put out your garbage and thursday night put out recyclables

Thank you!! We are renting a house right now....we are not 100% sure where we want to buy, so we tested suffolk, now we're back in Nassau. We signed a two year lease, since we are having a baby and do not want to have to move with a new baby in the house. After our 2 years we plan to buy. So far, we like Levittown (I grew up right next door in East Meadow). I think when all is said and done, we are going to look to stay in the Levittown/Wantagh area...seems perfect for us. Hubby is having some trouble with the no basement thing, but I love it. So, only time will tell, but I like being here, closer to work and family.

It cracks me up that you know when your parents recycling day is, but your brother doesn't even know when ours is (and we've lived here for FIVE years  )
