what to eat...

share your tips on what to eat to help us out. I am expecting my ER on Monday and want to know if there are any "magic" foods they say will help??

My doctor really didn't focus too much on nutrition, basically just eat a well balanced meal...fruits and veggies, limit caffeine, etc. I know many women go as organic as possible and that won't hurt, but as for any "magic" foods, I doubt there are any....althoughhhh I since my transfer I have been slopping up some pineapple core like no ones business Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon and I don't care if its an old wives tale!Chat Icon

I've been looking into this too. I just downloaded the book "The Fertility Diet". I just started reading it but it sounds like it has some useful tips Chat Icon
