Weight goal by next Summer?
I would love to lose another 45 Lbs. Ultimatelly I would dream of another 55 Lbs.
I don't work out right now. Just walking once in a while and doing a physical job for 1.5 day per week. I lost 25 Lbs in 11.5 weeks. But I had a lot of weight to lose to start with and it may not come off as easily later on.
I plan on going back to the Gym in September and go a minimum of 2 times per week. but really trying for 3 times per week.
Is it attainable by next end of Spring/Early Summer?

I think as long as you stay on track it is. I've been dieting since beginnning of May and I've lost 40 lbs

i think you can definitely do that if you stick with a program!! I dont have a lot to loose, and both times i have gone to WW I have averaged out to about a pound/week, and I never went to a gym or exercised...

Yes its definatly possible! When I did WW I started in January and was at my goal weight by June. I lost 40 lbs in 6 months!

It is definitely possible. I also had a lot of weight to lose and my goals are similar to yours. I plan on losing another 35 pounds by early next year which would put me at 95 pounds total. It does get harder as you lose more weight and you will slow down. At first I was losing on average 2-3 pounds a week. Now I'm typically between 1-2 pounds a week. And I exercise 7 days a week now. Just stay focused and you will get there!
