August Check In!!

Well august mommies...since I am 30 weeks now and at the very end of august...I know that we are all basically in our 3rd trimester!!

WOOHOOO we are almost there!!

How are things going? Any updates?

For me everything is actually getting better. Maybe its because I'm basically done working. When I moved back from Florida I was only subbing, so since school is out, there is no point in looking for a job for less than 10 weeks.

I feel better, bigger, but better.

We are almost ready to close on our house, which then means I can start decorating the nursery!!!

We are pretty sure its a . And we have 2 names picked out. If it looks more like me Jiavana, and if it looks more like my DH Adrianna. I know babies change, but we can decide which one we like better.

You're so cute! You are always posting these.

I'm doing great. I can still shave my legs and paint my toenails so that has to be a good thing. I start birthing classes in a couple of weeks and I'm excited...I know, geeky. The baby is moving all around and I watch my stomach moving with the baby. I'm fascinated with it. We still don't know the sex but I'm leaning towards a "boy" and Dh thinks we are having a "girl".

We just started the nursery and it's coming along. DH has to put up crown molding since we weren't able to do with the walls what I wanted.

I am 33 weeks and feeling really good. The only problem that I have been having lately is that my upper thighs hurt because the baby is leaning on the nerves in my legs. I can not believe how fast this whole pregrancy went. 7 more weeks until I meet my little .

I am 30 1/2 weeks and things are going well. I signed up for birthing classes at Stonybrook that start on June 27th. We are working on the nursery and my MIL is staying with us and is painting a huge mural on the wall. I'm so excited to see how it turns out.

I go back to the specialist on Monday and they feel this should be my last appointment with them. 3 weeks ago the cyst was barley visible and they felt that it would be completely gone by the time I deliver. I can't tell you how happy we are!!

I'm going to start working from home July 1st since I commute into NYC everyday and my doctor is worried about the heat. I'm really happy that I won't have a 2 hour commute anymore.

We are in the home stretch ladies!! YAY!

Hi there. I am 31 weeks and feeling good for the most part. My back pain has been with me since the beginning so I've just learned how to deal with it (yoga). My lower legs and feet are really achy now with some swelling at the end of the day. Other than than, I am doing great! It definitely has gone by very quickly, I can't believe it's mid June already. Glad to hear you all are doing well :)

August mommy here but could very well be a sept mommy instead (edd 8/31) I'll be 29wks tomorrow. Feeling pretty good still just the usual aches and pains. I'm still going to the high risks docs once a week and my regular OB every 2 weeks because of my pre term contractions. Still contracting mildly but my cervix hasn't budged so still feeling confident I will go to full term just hope I won't go past my due date! I finally finished registering with the help of my friend who is an experienced mommy. Baby is still breech as of last week so I hope he/she realizes that he should be heading south soon!

29 weeks today and feeling great - for the first time in 7 months! Still getting ultrasounds every two weeks, and so far the babies are doing great! As of next week, I start weekly visits with my OB. she is talking about scheduling a C- section for the beginning of August, since one baby is breech and one is transverse. she doesn't think they'll position themselves correctly in the meantime because their living arrangements are getting tight. Had my baby shower on Sunday - it was wonderful! I can't believe how generous everyone was.

I'm 31 weeks today and feeling good. It is weird going to the Dr. every two weeks now. Tomorrow we have a level 1 sono (growth sono) I'm really excited about that.
Two weeks ago I find out I'm have anemia and need to take iron pills.

Hi all -

30.5 weeks and doing OK. Still having morning sickness, plus a bit of a cold this week, but once the cold goes away, I think I can handle the morning sickness.

Home today waiting for the crib to be delivered - very exciting!

Well lets see... I'm going to be 32wks and I guess i'm doing ok all things considering. I've started to have shortness of breath from sitting on my diaphram. I went for my growth sono on Monday and everything is right on track. weighs approx 3 1/2 lbs. the nursery is coming together slowly. Just waiting for my changing table to come in. What a disaster thats been with BRU!!!!, but thats a whole nother post. Glad to hear your all doing well. Our time will be here before we know it.

I was 30 weeks on Tuesday. Went to the Dr, everything looks good. I feel good, too. I've been feeling a lot of movement. I can't believe it's almost here, it's going so fast!

I'm 30 weeks also and feeling fine so far. I have some swelling towards the end of the day and am hoping it doesn't get too bad with the hot weather.

We should be closing on our house in the beginning of July so we'll be moving quickly to get the nursery ready.

Start birthing classes next Wed. Anyone else getting a little nervous?

I am getting nervous. Even though there is 9 weeks left give or take, it really can happen now at almost any time!!!

I'm just afraid I'm going to be in a store or something or who knows what. I can't wait to meet my little one...but am just nervous about how the whole process gets started.

I'm so happy that I know when my last day of work is going to be...August 4th
I pray that I don't go two weeks late!!!!
