zumba... i might be joining... good Lord help me
ha ha, i made a funny...
i meant good Lord help me as in i hear it's a REAL workout, but i just realized what i'm about to write...
my new church seems to be offering zumba classes once a week (have to double-check which night). if it's not the same night i will be going to school, i'll be attending
i'm excited and a little nervous, since we're new to this church. wish me luck 
ps. i'm the most uncoordinated hispanic when it comes to dancing... it will be a quite a sight lol

Its a lot of fun, and believe me, 99% of the people in class are uncoordinated. I'm probably one of them, but I like to believe I know how to dance

Zumba is alot of fun and its easy. Z Doesnt even feel like a super hard workout!

from my understanding, zumba is a dance workout. it uses latin dance moves, so there's a lot of core work. it really does seem like fun
