Yay! It will be nice to have another place to take the kids to eat. They are one of the few national chains that list their allergen information so I know what DS can or can't have.

Everytime we tried to go to Denny's out of state..they were terrible.
Was happy to maybe try the one in Centereach. My brother, My daughters teacher and a few others said "Don't even bother" They refuse to go back. Horrible!

I loved Denny's at about 2 am when I was in college. I like going there when I'm on vacation, but they are always soooo slow! Glad one is opening here though!

I am trying to decide which is worse ground round or Denny's. lol I mean Denny's is ok out of state because there's usually not another coffee shop/diner type option. Here there are so many great diners.

If I am not mistaken I think there used to be one in Farmingdale on Hempstead Tpke (big church there now) probably about 10 years ago and it was horrible. For some reason they dont seem to do well on the island.

Agreed! when i read the post, i thought it was the clothing store, not the restaurant.
