I did it!! I hit 60 pounds!!!
Well it took me almost 3 months to get from 50-60 but I finally did it. Granted I was not as focused over the summer as I was before but I did increase my workouts a lot so I was getting very frustrated. Today I weighed in and lost another pound which puts me at 60 pounds total, 57 on ww and 3 on my own. I am so excited. I made it through the summer with losing about 10 pounds and I really didn't feel like I sacrificed that much. Now I know I will hit my goal because for me the summer was going to be the biggest challenge. The parties, drinks, bbq's, you name it. I knew it was going to be difficult. I really feel like this was the big motivational push I needed to get me through these last 30-35 pounds. I do still have a lot left to do this summer so I know I'm not in the clear yet but I feel so good about myself and so proud of myself that I was able to do this.
Ladies, keep going at it. Trust me when I say if I could do this, each of you can as well. It's difficult but the rewards are so worth it.
I'm so just excited I had to share with you ladies. You girls are my additional support group and I couldn't have done this without you. Thanks for reading.
