Re: Morgage QUestion
i don't know if this is right but I am in the same boat and was told up to 15 days from our broker. makes you feel antsy doesn't it? I feel like, well are you approving me or not?!?? tell me NOW! Don't worry things will be fine. Wish I could take my own advice though.

It can take anywhere from 10-20 days...roughly 3 weeks.

Re: Morgage QUestion
We are using Countrywide also. It took about 5 days total with application, me getting them personal info, to signing the commitment papers. The person we are working through is in contact with us everyday though.

Re: Morgage QUestion
Thanks! My countrywide guy told me about 4 or 5 days and its been 5. Hes been great so far I just hate being annoying if he was just 'saying" 4-5 to make me happy but it really took longer..
