Orange/Russet Paint Colors
Has anyone used an orangey/russety colored paint in their home?
We are going to try and do our laundry room within the next few weeks and I am trying to come up with a color scheme...I want to do a fun, unexpected color but at the same time keep the flow between the paint colors on my first floor, mainly the kitchen since it's adjoining. My kitchen is BM Ladyfinger - in my home/lighting it looks like a yellow/golden/tan color. The decor around my kitchen is red, orange, brown, eggplant, warm colors...
My laundry room is small, I have white front loaders and will be doing white cabinetry...

Then there is this which is more russet - a lot more safe, a lot less orange but probably not as "fun"...
Any suggestions for a good orange/russet color? Any pics? Or am I crazy?

We have Spiced Cider by Sherwin Williams in our kitchen - I LOVE it.
It's more reddish than what you're looking for though.
Sherwin Williams Amber Wave looks like a nice color:

we have Kumquat by Sears- which I seriously think is the best paint I have ever used- in our living room

Nik I love the 2nd pic color and then the first. Gorgeous colors. Go for either one of them. Fun but still flows with your home.

Several of these look close to the 2nd color-maybe Mandarin
or Laughing Orange?

Light/Fun - Copper Wire
Dark/Warm - Earthen Jug
I really like the Copper Wire color. I think it was the kind of color you were looking for. HTH!
