So, if you snuck a peek at the scale...
let's say, a day before weigh in and were NOT HAPPY 
Did it turn out okay the next day, on the official weigh-in?

I weigh myself everyday but only my weigh in day counts. And I have had the reverse, a good week and +1Lb on the day of weigh in. But I still count it as official weigh in and usually it shows the week after weigh in.

Thats happened to me! I weigh myself every day and my weight is always fluctuating.

My weight is always changing and the weight on the scale at home never matched the weight at my meeting.
Go anyway! Even if you are up a little, it'll be good motivation to stay on track!
