NC

Most of the houses that I see on realtor.com in NC do not have in-ground pools or sprinkler systems. Does anyone know the reason for that? Thank you.

no idea why.
Some of my mom friends have inground pools. compared to fl though, they are super rare.
we have a really long summer here though, so it would make so much more sense then having a pool in NY, which i know tons of people have them up there. way more then down here.

community pools are all over. but honestly, they are usually empty too. last night we went swimming, my family was the only one there.

sprinklers though...some in my hood have them. but i also see in the am, a water truck comes by and sprays down yards, trees, and plants.
no idea why
