What is the exact rule on Bedroom.......
What is the exact rule on listing a bedroom that does not have a closet? Does anyone know where I can find a copy stating something about this?? Thanks

I don't know where you can find anything official but our house was listed as a 4 bedroom and one room (actually the master bedroom) has no closets.

Re: What is the exact rule on Bedroom.......
It would be up to the zoning laws. In FL on a quarter acre of land the house can not take up more then 30% of the lot. Which means a 4 bedroom home would have to be on a double lot or a corner lot (since they are oversized)Some of the houses in FL if the room does not have a closet it's considered an "office".
So the listing would be 3 bedrooms + and office and you can build that on a 1/4 acre lot.
