For those with IBS: Losing weigtht and IBS (TMI!!!!)
Don't you love losing 2 Lbs just like that after a run to the bathroom!!!! 
Or not going and stagnating at a gain of 2 lbs for a few days. Then losing 3 Lbs.
Oh.. I love IBS!!!!

Yes!!!! The only problem is - before it happens, I get a gut and look pregnant  - this happened during my recent photo shoot!!!

The days where I feel like I'm being so good and not losing anything make me nuts but I do like the sudden drops
