Can anyone find me inexpensive glassware (tall and short glasses)
I need to replace what I have-- which is nothing special, from Ikea. We love them because the tall glasses hold about 24 oz of liquid. We like BIG glasses. Anyway, the short ones we'd replace so they matched.
Ikea doesn't have these glasses anymore, and I just need to find something cheap since glasses break all the time and that look good.
Where can I look besides BBB and Target? Ooh, maybe Kohl's?

Kohls has a 60-80% clearance going on online right now and I know they had glassware.

Ikea!!!! the cheapest glass around! and it holds up pretty well, ive had nothing but ikea glasses for almost 10 yrs now... and not a single complaint...
6 pack of wine glasses for $6.99 !!!???
pack of 6 - 5 inch - 10 oz glasses for $3.99
and if you break one... REPLACE IT!

I agree with Crate & Barrell...they have inexpensive glasses. There's a C&B outlet store at the Woodbury Commons in Orange County if you feel like going there - they have lots of great stuff.

I got some great everyday glasses there from Italy. Some times the glasses are so inexpensive that when two "clink" together, they break.
These don't do that and if they do break, I can run over and find another set - even if they aren't the same.
They have great stuff.

I love the Libbey glasses and the Michaelangelo ones--Target and BBB.
Did you also try Kohls?

thx everyone... I looked on C&B and they have the 20oz glasses like I want and my Ikea ones, if I look at them the wrong way-- they can break, so maybe totally cheapo is not the way! Pier 1 didn't have anything too big and I think I will check out Home Goods too.

Marshals, I bought a box of Italian (says made in Italy) wine glasses 12 count for $ 6 the other day. They had same brand but just regular water glasses for the same price but it was 8 I wanted 12 so didn't buy it.
