P90X Questions
I have heard good things about this program. I am interested, but I don't have a lot of time I'm a working mom who works out about 45 minutes in the morning before my family wakes up. I have a few questions?
How long are the videos? Could I download them to my Ipod and use it at the gym? I'm a runner. Can I incorporate running into the routine?
Thanks!!

Re: P90X Questions
i don't have personal experience but my brother swears up and down by it. he lost 30 lbs doing it at night and won't stop talking about it! but..he looks great!
eta-he runs too. runs with me in the AM about 4-5x a week and does that at night. if you have any other specific questions i could ask him-i know he would be thrilled to talk about it! i'll ask him the questions you already posted here too.

Re: P90X Questions
No, you can't do them in the gym. It's a lot of strength training. You use them for 6 out of 7 days during the week. They are at least an hour long. Some days you're doing 90 minutes. You start out with the same 6 DVDs for 3 weeks. At week 4 you swap a few in and out. You don't need a lot of space to do it but you will need dumbbells, pull-up bar and the bands.
I did it for a few weeks and go bored with it. I can't do the same stuff over and over, but that's me. DH did it almost to the end (he got bored with it too) but you definitely see a difference!
