Anybody use Uncle Giuseppes for catering? Specific question.

Anybody use Uncle Giuseppes for catering? Specific question.
We have heard the food is good. But we noticed that their large dishes say they serve less people than most of the other catering places. (ie: Their large say they serve 10-12 people, when others say 12-20.)
Are their full trays smaller than others?

i used them for my sister's baby shower and the food was a big hit! If i do remember correctly their trays were typical size and there was a lot of food. we especially love their baked ziti.

i used them for Logan's christening and everything was delicious. Their trays are the standard size - i think they just overestimate # of servings.

Get the teriaki steak!!!! So good!! We use them at work for our functions, the portions are fine. When you speak with the person over there, she'll help you decide on certain options if you need help.
