Anyone's DH ever do a SA without insurance? How much did you pay? I've been reading that it's one of the cheapest lab tests, but that the cost can really range. We had the first one done at a local lab that takes our insurance, but now we are headed to Dr. Bar-Chama and he doesn't take our insurance. Given DH's history, he likely won't be able to do much for us anyway, but we wanted to make sure there are no stones unturned before moving to DS. So, we will ask to repeat the SA through his office, but we will have to pay out for it. Any ideas how much this usually costs?
